Senior AI Engineer

No Ifs, Only Bots is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to drive the development of production-grade, next-generation AI applications. This role focuses on building resilient, autonomous AI workflows and robust system architectures rather than short-term prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy multi-step, tool-augmented AI agents and collaborative multi-agent workflows
• Develop sophisticated Python-based LLM applications and design scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing advanced embeddings and vector databases
• Leverage modern frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen to coordinate complex AI behaviors
• Connect AI systems seamlessly with external APIs, relational/non-relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure high-performance backend engineering, emphasizing code reliability, scalability, and security
