TopHat HR is a boutique consulting firm specializing in human resources consulting and management services. They are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing SaaS company, focusing on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and booking demos for the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify, nurture, reactivate, and engage inbound and outbound leads
- Book product demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms
- Build strong relationships with prospects and provide an exceptional first-touch sales experience
- Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate product value
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records within Zoho CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline generation initiatives
- Meet and exceed predefined KPIs related to outreach, qualification, and demo bookings
- Support ongoing sales initiatives and contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone and email etiquette
- Experience engaging with North American prospects and customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and outbound sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous experience selling or supporting SaaS products is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience with inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with sales automation and sequencing tools
