Purolator International is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to drive net‑new business growth within the Healthcare vertical. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing high‑impact transportation and supply chain opportunities with healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a new business pipeline within the Healthcare vertical through self‑generated prospecting and strategic outreach
- Develop customized, value‑based solutions across Courier, LTL, Cross‑Border, Logistics, and Supply Chain services
- Engage senior‑level and executive stakeholders to understand operational, financial, and clinical supply chain needs
- Lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles by translating logistics solutions into business and financial impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships across clinical, supply chain, pharmacy, and executive leadership teams
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Logistics, Revenue Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to close opportunities
- Leverage data, AI tools, and social‑selling strategies to identify high‑value targets and personalize engagement
- Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and maintain market fluency
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account plans within CRM tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account acquisition
- Demonstrated success in hunter-led, net-new logo acquisition
- Strong background in solution selling and value-based sales methodologies
- Financial acumen with the ability to connect solutions to revenue, cost, and operational efficiency
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with enterprise or multinational customers
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across internal teams
