Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD S/4 HANA Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions within an S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, business process analysis, configuration, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional solutions
Configure and support SAP SD processes in S/4 HANA environments
Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
Sales Orders
Pricing
Billing
Shipping
Delivery Processing
Credit Management
Returns
Perform gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and ABAP developers
Prepare functional specifications and support development/customization activities
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
Support data migration and master data activities during S/4 HANA transformation projects
Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process improvement initiatives
Create and maintain documentation including configuration documents, process flows, and training materials

Required Skills
10+ years of SAP SD functional consulting experience
Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations or migrations
Expertise in SAP SD configuration and Order-to-Cash processes
Experience with pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and sales order management
Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM/EWM modules
Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments
Strong understanding of IDocs, interfaces, EDI, and integrations
Experience with SAP testing methodologies and defect resolution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Fiori applications
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
Experience with Agile project environments
SAP SD certification preferred
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments is a plus
