They are seeking a B2B Marketer to drive brand marketing strategies that align with growth goals, develop a deep understanding of the target market, and craft engaging marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of creating & evolving a marketing strategy that supports Pathmonk’s overarching business goals
- Develop a deep understanding of Pathmonk’s target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs
- Evolve Pathmonk’s brand positioning & messaging
- Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral using every medium (videos, keynotes, slides, etc.) and channels (web copy, webinars, events, sales decks, etc.)
- Define experiences and content that meet the needs of visitors at every stage of the buying journey, filling content gaps via collaboration with content creators
- Be accountable for marketing KPIs across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline
Requirements:
- 2+ years Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company
- Track record with a modern marketing mix; developed brand narratives, created thought leadership content and navigated marketing analytics
- Strong business acumen and the ability to execute marketing strategies designed to establish market presence, accelerate demand and increase revenue
- Proven successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including B2B sales teams & designers to deliver visual assets that adhere to brand standards
- Stand out verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Previous start-up experience is a huge plus
- Past experience working with complex SaaS product solutions
- An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
