As a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, you will lead high-impact marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and brand awareness, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of these initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, uniting the cross-functional marketing team around Glean’s core campaigns
- Design the end-to-end campaign architecture, including the full-funnel content engine, channel strategies, promotional offers, program mix, and hand-offs from marketing to sales
- Develop trusted relationships and design for integrated collaboration across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, regional marketing, ABM, events, sales, and enablement teams
- Consistently measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the demand funnel. Provide strategic input when collaborating with the marketing operations team to build actionable reports and dashboards, contribute to business reviews, and synthesize findings for the broader marketing team
- Own and optimize a global demand generation budget, strategically allocating spend for Glean’s core campaigns across programs in line with ROI goals
- Keep testing new messaging angles and timely real-world themes to develop proven, ROI-focused playbooks
