Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Provide professional, client-focused support throughout each interaction
- Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and team development meetings
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a service-focused mission
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet access
