About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and excellent service is provided.
Oversee day-to-day client contact and support teams in managing client expectations.
Conduct monthly category review meetings and quarterly business review meetings with clients.
Own clients' commercial expectations, setting key targets for improved service and delivery.
Mentor and manage a client service team.
Maintain WIP and debt levels within target, ensuring proper charging for services.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for upselling products and services.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills to review, diagnose and solve complex process and financial challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office365, Power Point, Mac OS familiarity.
Leadership experience directing and managing a growing team.
5+ years relevant experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
