The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing the growth engine from scratch, including demand generation strategy, campaign experimentation, and pipeline creation.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition strategy across channels
- Run growth experiments to optimize efficient pipeline generation
- Launch and manage webinar programs
- Plan and execute executive dinners and field events
- Build SEO motion targeting high-intent traffic
- Create growth collateral, tools, and campaign systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design
- Own campaign execution end to end from ideation through delivery
