MaxFate Private Limited is a profitable, self-funded D2C brand specializing in personalized kundli reports. They are seeking a Revenue Owner to drive revenue growth through Meta Ads optimization, funnel management, and customer retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Meta Ads optimization (driving CPA toward our ₹200 target)
- Fixing funnel leaks (Add-to-Cart→Checkout ~23% drop)
- Generating repeat revenue from 18,000+ existing customers via email, WhatsApp, and retargeting
- Track everything in Zoho, honestly, no guesswork
- Measurable repeat revenue from the existing customer base
- Stable profitable CPA
- Reduced funnel drop-off
- A clean weekly data-review rhythm
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of work experience
- 2-4 years of Meta Ads experience (D2C/e-commerce/agency)
- Proven ability to tie work to revenue (not just clicks)
- Comfort with numbers
- Owner's mindset
- Proof of Delivery (non-negotiable): In the interview, screen-share a real dashboard/account, and bring one written record / screenshot / 5-minute video that proves a result with before-and-after numbers
- Tier 2-3 / retention experience
