Web3 Growth and Digital Marketing Manager

Bamboo Works is helping a leading Web3 ecosystem and accelerator platform find a Web3 Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to support their global marketing efforts. The role involves social media management, community engagement, paid advertising, and growth marketing within the Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Write and publish engaging content across: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord
• Develop and execute strategies for organic social media growth
• Foster engagement through discussions, comments, and industry participation
• Identify and engage with key influencers and ecosystem partners
• Track trends and conversations within blockchain and crypto communities
• Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities
• Support the creation of monthly content and communications plans
• Prepare monthly social media growth and engagement reports
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across: LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and campaign angles
• Support lead-generation campaigns for: Events, Reports, Web3 initiatives
• Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations
• Support broader content marketing and communications initiatives
• Collaborate with the global marketing team on campaign execution
• Contribute ideas to improve audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility
• Use analytics and insights to improve campaign and content performance

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management
• 2–4 years of experience in community growth
• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing within the Web3 or crypto space
• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads
• Hands-on experience with X (Twitter) Ads
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Genuine interest in blockchain
• Genuine interest in investing
• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship
• Genuine interest in emerging technologies
• Experience supporting Web3 startups or accelerator ecosystems
• Experience growing Telegram or Discord communities
