Palladium Energy is a leading utility-scale solar and battery energy storage developer committed to sustainable energy projects. The Analyst will support business development activities, manage project opportunities, and engage with landowners to facilitate the development of sustainable infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal and external parties to support business development activities including but not limited to managing deadlines, communications and contracts
- Engage landowners with property suitable for development of sustainable infrastructure projects through targeted outreach campaigns
- Negotiate and close site control option agreements with property owners, including for purchases, leases and easements
- Conduct in-person site visits and meetings with landowners
- Research local planning and zoning regulations, property taxes and other site diligence requirements
- Manage multiple project opportunities concurrently and meet deadlines
- Maintain the customer relationship management platform and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy, environmental science, political science, marketing or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, renewable energy or oil & gas land origination, infrastructure development and/or real estate
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a high-level of intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An ability to travel as necessary (up to 30%)
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability
- Experience in renewable energy (any technology) and/or data center infrastructure development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
