PR Manager

HeyGen is a company focused on making visual storytelling accessible through AI-powered video technology. They are seeking a PR Manager to enhance their reputation in the AI space by securing media coverage, shaping narratives, and elevating the visibility of their founders and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influential newsletters covering AI, startups, and technology
• Directly pitch and secure coverage in tier-1 outlets and leading AI/tech publications
• Identify compelling story angles tied to product launches, industry trends, and cultural moments
• Position HeyGen’s founders and executives as thought leaders in AI and the future of communication
• Secure podcast appearances, interviews, and speaking opportunities
• Help craft messaging and talking points for external appearances
• Lead PR efforts around product launches, partnerships, and company milestones
• Coordinate embargoes, media briefings, and launch-day outreach
• Work closely with product marketing to translate product updates into compelling media stories
• Identify and submit HeyGen for relevant awards, rankings, and industry lists across AI, startups, and media
• Help strengthen HeyGen’s presence in the broader AI conversation
• Track coverage and identify opportunities to increase our share of voice in the AI video category
