Meibel is a company redefining how AI is deployed in production, focusing on explainability, accountability, and trust. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, collaborating with technical leaders to solve complex AI deployment challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Own full cycle sales from pipeline generation, qualification, discovery, demo coordination, negotiation, and close for mid-market accounts
- Experience working with BDR team to accelerate account-based pipeline generation
- Run discovery conversations that uncover real pain: retrieval that breaks in production, outputs that can't be traced, teams stuck maintaining brittle DIY stacks
- Partner with our Solutions Architect to design and deliver technical proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable value
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Build territory and account plans that reflect where AI adoption is accelerating and where Meibel's value proposition lands hardest
- Collaborate with Leadership to refine positioning, ICP definition, and sales process as we scale
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline in HubSpot
