Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Panama City, Panama
Contract Length: Long term contract

Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to improve telecom network operations (HFC, FTTH, CPE) by translating requirements into data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze OSS/BSS data (CRM, billing, provisioning, assurance).
- Define KPIs for network performance and CX.
- Build process flows, use cases, and gap analysis.
- Support dashboards, reports, and UAT.
- Work with stakeholders to improve operations.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate data into business insights.
- Agile team experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Telecom/Engineering.
- 5 8 years BA experience in telecom/ISP.
- Knowledge of HFC, FTTH, CPE, OSS/BSS.
- SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
