Kings III Emergency Communications is an industry leader in providing life-saving emergency communication solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive company growth by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the outside sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, and follow-up campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers
- Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities across the U.S. and Canada
- Partner closely with outside sales representatives to develop market strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer data within CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Follow up with prospects from trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns
- Participate in in-person onboarding and company kickoff events in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of successful cold calling or SDR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to exceed goals
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Adaptability in a fast-moving sales environment
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
