Ledelsea is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle transformation initiative known as Project T REX. The role focuses on enabling finance and accounting teams through process documentation, reporting support, SOP development, and end-user training related to Oracle-based Inventory Accounting and Accounts Payable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SOPs, quick-reference guides, job aids, and training decks for Oracle process changes impacting Inventory Accounting and Accounts Payable
- Create “what’s changing / what’s not changing” communications and user-impact documentation
- Document workarounds, known issues, and operational process updates during go-live and early-life support
- Build and maintain reporting views, trackers, and readiness dashboards for finance stakeholders
- Translate functional design documents (FDDs), testing outputs, and business requirements into clear operational documentation
- Capture project decisions, action items, and updates in an organized, audit-ready format
- Support cross-functional teams during cutover and WIRE go-live activities
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in a business-facing environment
- Strong understanding of: Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, Landed Costing, Perpetual Average Cost (PAC), AP mismatches and downstream financial impacts, Cost corrections and root-cause analysis
- Experience using: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), Additional reporting/analytics tools outside Oracle
- Proven success creating SOPs, training materials, and finance process documentation for business users
- Ability to simplify complex process and accounting changes for mixed audiences
- Business Writing & Communication
- Ability to convert complex process changes into clear SOPs, job aids, and training materials for finance and operations teams
- Oracle ERP Navigation & UI Familiarity
- Comfortable documenting workflows, capturing screenshots, and building training content from Oracle processes
- Inventory & AP Accounting Knowledge
- Deep understanding of accounting impacts, invoice processing issues, reconciliation needs, and common control failures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years of experience in: Accounting operations, Finance process documentation, ERP enablement/support roles
- Must be authorized to work indefinitely without sponsorship or employment limitations
- Strong finance and accounting operational background preferred over purely technical/configuration-focused experience
- Ability to explain financial outcomes and operational impacts — not just system functionality

- Reporting and analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Go-live support, change management, and ELS documentation experience
