Pacific Adu Builders is a California-based residential construction company specializing in ADUs. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and manage ongoing campaigns, focusing on driving growth in the ADU and residential construction sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and plan our digital asset ecosystem: website, Instagram, Google Business Profile
- Design a multi-channel marketing plan (Google Ads, Google My Business, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and others as appropriate)
- Define total marketing budget and recommended allocation by channel
- Establish KPIs, performance targets, and a reporting framework
- Manage and optimize active campaigns across all channels
- Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust spend/creative accordingly
- Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven track record driving SMB growth in ADU, residential construction, home improvement, or remodeling in California
- Hands-on expertise running and optimizing Google Ads, Google My Business, Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Ability to work independently and own the strategy end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and reliable delivery
- California-based candidates preferred given the market focus
