Metrical Talent is a fast-growing, independent AI-driven creative effectiveness company trusted by leading brands and agencies. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to build and own a new business pipeline, sell into senior marketing stakeholders, and manage the full sales cycle for multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own a new business pipeline from the ground up
- Sell into senior marketing and insights stakeholders at global brands - CMOs, VPs of Insights, Heads of Measurement
- Run full enterprise sales cycles from cold prospecting through pilot to scaled multi-market partnerships
- Execute high-impact diagnostic discovery conversations that create genuine strategic urgency
- Represent the company at industry events, building profile and pipeline simultaneously
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales narratives, build collateral, and establish repeatable processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise hunting experience
- A genuine understanding of creative research, brand lift, and ad effectiveness - you know the difference between attention metrics and brand lift and why it matters
- Experience selling to VP-level and above at global advertisers - Marketing Directors, Heads of Measurement, Brand Insights leads
- Strong understanding of digital advertising environments - social, YouTube, CTV
- A self-starter who builds their own decks, writes their own outreach, and thrives without a large support infrastructure
- East Coast based
- Existing relationships with senior brand marketing or insights contacts ready to engage from day one
- Experience selling into or out of creative pretesting, attention measurement, or ad effectiveness platforms
- Background in media or creative agencies with a proven transition to outbound hunting
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based sales cycles
