Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering superior Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in fostering an excellent Customer Experience and resolving client inquiries with professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• An interest or background in the travel industry is a plus
• Additional certifications or education in travel or related fields are a bonus
