Overview: Our client is seeking a Director of Global Business Systems to lead enterprisewide Salesforce initiatives and drive an AIfirst approach to business process optimization. This is a leadership role requiring both technical depth and strong people management skills.
Key Requirements:
Salesforce Expertise: Handson management of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
AI Mindset: Ability to articulate and implement AIdriven strategies to enhance processes and efficiency.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse teams and personalities with strong communication and influence skills.
Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the global business systems strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and scalability for future growth.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and IT leadership to streamline workflows, optimize data integrity, and deliver unified reporting across the enterprise.
Innovation & Change Management: Champion digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI and automation to modernize processes while driving adoption and change management across diverse teams.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications required.
