Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Dornier MedTech is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst who will provide strategic business analysis to internal and external business partners. The role focuses on identifying areas of need related to business processes and data analytics to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data quality improvements
• Collaborate with global leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and data analytics needs
• Establish KPI’s to measure the overall effectiveness of the business
• Take initiative to proactively identify areas for business process improvements and provide solutions
• Work closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary testing
• Increase adoption and satisfaction with reports or business processes
• Identity and develop system integrations
• Plan, prioritize, and plan requirements
• Support system conversions, upgrades and enhancements
• Provide assistance with SIEM tool integration
• Manage business partner relationships and establish communication plans
• Create and maintain project schedules and estimates
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and recommend new systems

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office products
• Strong understanding of change management
• Technical experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
• Proficient in PowerBI
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
