David Joseph & Company is recruiting for HealthKey, which is hiring 2 founding Account Executives to build the outbound GTM motion in Austin. The role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities including prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals while establishing a foundational sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle outbound sales from prospecting through close
- Source, qualify, demo, and close $50K–$250K deals
- Maintain 50+ dials per day minimum
- Manage pilot conversions (1–2 month pilots)
- Travel to ~10 U.S. conferences annually for pipeline generation
- Build foundational GTM process for future sales hires
- Partner directly with Head of Sales in a founding sales environment
