Punch! is a fully remote company looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead their team of Sales Development Representatives. The role involves building strong client relationships and driving high-quality sales opportunities while coaching and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs to deliver quality pipeline for clients
- Coach and mentor team members with regular feedback, call reviews, and goal-setting
- Monitor team performance, professional development, and day-to-day conduct
- Be a visible, positive presence that keeps the team motivated and focused
- Oversee multiple client accounts, adapting strategy as client needs evolve
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on pipeline progress and campaign performance
- Maintain high standards of data management across multiple CRM platforms
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client relationships
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in sales, sales development, outbound calling, or lead generation is required
- At least 2 years managing a sales team, with a track record of hitting targets
- Confident communicating under pressure, whether on a call, on video, or in writing
- Skilled at active listening to quickly assess prospect needs and qualification criteria
- Strong pipeline discipline, you know what a quality opportunity looks like and how to build one
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent organization and time management across multiple projects
- A natural coach who gets genuine satisfaction from developing junior talent
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, with an eye on what comes next
- HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
