Pellera Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating an annual plan to activate solutions and priorities for Pellera and the region to bring in sales leads
- Develop campaign plans at both a national and regional level
- Know Your Customer: familiar with regional accounts/customers in order effecting build campaigns that contribute to meeting and achieving goals related to new logo, retention, and cross-sell accounts
- Responsible for adhering to Pellera processes and approvals, along with developing and maintaining a budget for each initiative led within their region
- Must be very collaborative and work cross functionally with sales and marketing and across all Pellera specialized practice areas. Will also utilize the BDR team for pre and post event support
- Meet or exceed goals/KPI’s related to leads and campaign successes that contribute to their regional sales goals

- Previous experience working with sales teams and collaborating across multiple departments/teams
- Field Marketing Manager should have 4-6 years of experience in marketing related roles working for a large, fast-paced organization in the technology industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing campaigns and technology events, then measuring results
