Wingify (VWO) is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the US market to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. The role involves owning and executing growth strategies, collaborating with various teams, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition for the US region through multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across: Paid media (Google, LinkedIn, display, retargeting), Email marketing and nurture journeys, Webinars and virtual events, Content syndication, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Organic and SEO-led growth initiatives
- Partner with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Own campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact
- Build and optimize lifecycle and nurture campaigns to improve funnel progression
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, messaging, creatives, and conversion flows
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to localize messaging for the US audience
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas
- Work closely with RevOps and Marketing Ops teams to improve attribution, reporting, and automation workflows
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging growth opportunities within the SaaS and MarTech ecosystem
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing roles within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of the US B2B SaaS buying journey and enterprise marketing landscape
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with: Paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), Marketing automation tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Web analytics and attribution tools
- Experience running ABM and lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in CRO, experimentation, or MarTech industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and self-serve SaaS funnels
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers in North America
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
