Wonderstruct is a marketing, graphic design, and technical writing company specializing in infrastructure sectors. The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns while collaborating with client teams and managing various marketing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that showcase infrastructure projects and services across digital and traditional channels
- Run strategic marketing plans with our head of Marketing Strategy (President)
- Review KPI's and send reports
- Manage content calendars
- Coordinate design and technical writing resources
- Keep up with industry trends in building construction and architecture
- Ensure consistent brand messaging for client and internal initiatives
- Collaborate closely with client teams to understand project objectives
- Shape compelling proposals and presentations
- Support research-driven thought leadership
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing management within AEC, infrastructure, or related B2B professional services industries
- Strong strategic range across campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Self-starter instincts suited to small-company environments: you own your deliverables end to end and do the work yourself when needed
- Comfort owning a regional market and partnering closely with business development leaders who manage proposals and client relationships
- Experience managing and delegating to freelance creatives, junior designers, and social media coordinators
- Skilled at collaborating with graphic designers, technical writers, and subject matter experts to develop integrated marketing assets
- Familiarity with proposal development, RFQ/RFP responses, or professional services marketing
- Solid command of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, websites, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating technical concepts into clear, compelling content
- Comfortable working directly with clients: gathering requirements, presenting concepts, and managing expectations and timelines
- Strong project management discipline, able to run multiple concurrent projects without losing detail or momentum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience working in fully remote, cross-time-zone environments
