RentRedi is a fast-growing technology company transforming the rental experience for landlords and tenants. They are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing programs, drive revenue growth, and develop go-to-market strategies for partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead partner marketing programs and own partner revenue for a high-growth, innovative SaaS company
- Own partner-driven subscriber and revenue growth through strategic marketing programs and partner initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns by identifying target audiences, crafting messaging, mapping the customer journey, and collaborating cross-functionally on creative assets, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Build the go-to-market plan for each partner, own the execution and day-to-day campaign management, monitor performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Work closely with business development and marketing teams to extend our reach through partner audiences, and implement tactics to attract and convert those audiences
- Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives
- Monitor and analyze relevant data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and continually make recommendations for growth
- Serve as a key contact point for partner relationships, and collaborate with partners on ways to build effective comarketing programs and promotions
- Develop, coordinate, and represent RentRedi at industry events and conferences to promote partnership programs, build relationships, and expand brand visibility
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation or business development for technology companies. Proptech or real estate experience a plus
- Experience working in a conversion-oriented environment, e-commerce, lead generation or similar. SaaS and/or subscription experience a plus
- Strong business acumen
- A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate and succeed, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results
- Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones
- Comfortable presenting results and ideas to senior management
- Relentless focus on execution, without losing the ability to see the big picture
- An innate curiosity and a passion to succeed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. MBA strongly preferred
