Fieldwire by Hilti is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow their footprint in the construction industry. The role involves generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business segment, serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers, and supporting the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) a plus
- Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
