Initio Capital is a private capital ecosystem that connects fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts. They are seeking Private Markets Growth Mentors to support growth across private market strategies, focusing on fundraising, portfolio expansion, and platform development.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on fund growth strategy, capital expansion, and platform scaling
- Support sponsors and portfolio companies on growth initiatives, capital planning, and value creation
- Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening growth-oriented investment thinking
- Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
- Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
- Advise fund managers on fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and long-term platform growth
- Support sponsors and portfolio companies with growth planning, capital allocation, and scaling initiatives
- Mentor analysts and deal scouts on growth underwriting, value creation levers, and expansion strategy
- Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insight, and performance optimization guidance
- Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, strategic partners, or co-investors
Requirements:
- Experience in advising on fund growth strategy, capital expansion, and platform scaling
- Ability to support sponsors and portfolio companies on growth initiatives, capital planning, and value creation
- Experience mentoring analysts and deal scouts, strengthening growth-oriented investment thinking
- Ability to provide portfolio advisory services, operational insight, and performance optimization guidance
- Experience in high-level growth strategy, capital planning, and mentorship
- Demonstrated ability to advise on real-world scaling and capital expansion initiatives
- Completion of a Mentor application detailing background, growth experience, and relevant deal exposure
- Completion of verification and category approval
- Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund professionals with growth and scaling experience
- Operators or founders who have led expansion within private market-backed businesses
- Senior advisors who can mentor analysts and scouts on growth-oriented investment strategy
- Professionals seeking flexible, high-impact advisory roles with platform-level and portfolio exposure
