- A Program Analyst supporting Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout operates as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure the organization is operationally prepared for golive.
- This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- The analyst works across multiple teams including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness.
- By translating execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting, the Program Analyst enables informed, business-led decisions tied to readiness milestones and go/no-go criteria.
