Pentaleap is a fast-growing company at the intersection of retail media and performance marketing. As a Retail Media and Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting campaign operations, data analysis, and go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of media campaigns and outreach
- Track, consolidate, and analyze campaign performance data, surfacing insights and flagging anomalies for the team
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports, decks, and performance summaries
- Research retail media trends, competitor activity, and emerging ad formats to inform Pentaleap's positioning
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, and customer success) to support campaign launches and optimizations
- Help maintain and organize marketing assets, data dashboards, and documentation
- Contribute to content and collateral that communicates Pentaleap's value proposition to retailer and brand audiences
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (any year) in the US with valid US work authorization
- Demonstrated interest or coursework in marketing, advertising, ecommerce, business, data analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with data — able to organize, interpret, and present findings clearly using spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Available to work between 20 and up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
- Familiarity with retail media platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products on Amazon, Walmart Connect, Criteo, or retailer-specific ad platforms)
- Exposure to performance marketing concepts such as ROAS, CPC, CPM, incrementality, or attribution
- Prior internship, class project, or personal experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
