Hire5 is a recruiting agency that places high-quality remote talent with US-based startups and corporations. They are building a pre-vetted bench of GTM, AI, and Solutions Engineers, connecting strong profiles directly to clients when opportunities arise.
Responsibilities:
- You build the systems that make revenue teams operate
- You've worked at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market — automating workflows, integrating tools, and turning messy sales processes into clean infrastructure
- You know Clay, Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and similar tools not just as a user but as a builder
- You've shipped PLG motions, built RevOps pipelines, or owned the technical layer of a sales org
- You think in systems, not tasks
- You build AI products that work in production — not prototypes, not demos
- You have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, or applied ML systems at real scale
- You know what it takes to go from a model to a reliable, maintainable product
- Python is second nature
- You've worked with at least one major cloud provider and understand the full lifecycle from experimentation to deployment
- Bonus if you've built in a startup environment where you owned the full stack
- You're the person who makes complex technology feel obvious to the buyer
- You've owned the technical side of enterprise or mid-market deals — discovery, POC, implementation, and handoff
- You know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You've closed deals you weren't supposed to close because you made the product real for the customer
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in your specific role type
- Genuinely open to US remote opportunities
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be working directly with US teams
- Based in Latin America, Eastern or Central Europe, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, but available to overlap with US business hours (even partially)
