The Founding Sales Development Representative will be pivotal in building the go-to-market playbook and executing outreach to engage business owners in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound outreach across phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events to engage owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses
- Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Claude, and Gemini to automate the 'boring' parts of prospecting so you can focus on high-value conversations
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the 'missed call' crisis
- Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders and Head of GTM to refine our messaging in real-time
