Idera, Inc. is a portfolio of B2B software brands serving developers, data professionals, and IT teams worldwide. They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager for the DataGear brand to own and drive go-to-market execution, generate pipeline, and sharpen competitive positioning, particularly as AI creates new demands for data quality and lineage.
Responsibilities:
- Demand generation — own pipeline from content marketing, email campaigns, paid search/social, webinars, and field events
- AI-powered workflows — actively use AI tools to accelerate content production, audience research, and performance analysis
- Content & SEO — write and produce thought leadership, case studies, product content, and website copy that drives organic traffic and converts
- Campaign execution — plan and run campaigns end-to-end: brief, build, launch, report, optimize
- Analytics & reporting — own marketing metrics in Salesforce; track pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and channel performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time at a software company
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your day-to-day marketing workflow
- Proven ability to own and execute campaigns independently, from strategy through measurement
- Analytical mindset; comfortable in data, able to build a simple attribution model or segment a list without hand-holding
- Comfortable wearing many hats; this team is lean by design; no task is beneath you
- Salesforce CRM experience — building reports, managing campaign objects, tracking pipeline attribution
- Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, or database tooling categories
