As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver technical support and service to customers, ensuring the operation and maintenance of Honeywell products and solutions, while troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and commissioning services for Honeywell automation products and solutions at customer sites and remotely
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and commission new equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada up to 80% of the time
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary education/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or related technical roles
- Minimum of 3 years of electromechanical experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations
- Experience with industrial controls systems is highly desirable
- Experience working in building services or industrial environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve technical challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
