Safari AI is a venture-funded company focused on automating operations in various industries using computer vision AI. They are seeking a dedicated Head of Client Success to lead engagement with enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the use of the platform and achieve their operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Track record of making enterprise clients insanely happy by being the main point of contact in relationships
- You can point to specific value created and show how you calculated ROI for clients
- You are currently using and utilize as many relevant AI tools available to leverage your time and 'multiply yourself'
- Eager to learn about new technologies and how they can be applied to legacy industries
- Experience crafting, soliciting and communicating ROI, Payback Periods, and other financial performance metrics
- Proven ability and willingness to serve clients in a variety of industries, not just one vertical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client QBR's and conferences
- Experience building and managing a team a plus, but not required
