The Media Trust is a leading provider of digital trust and safety solutions, dedicated to protecting consumers from malicious digital content and threat actors. They are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for their Digital Trust and Safety solutions in the digital media and ad tech sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Digital Trust and Safety solutions within the digital media and ad tech sectors, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across publishers, ad tech vendors, advertisers, and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Strategic Market Engagement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, stay current with industry trends, represent TMT at events, and provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Operational Excellence: Manage the effective handover and deployment of new accounts, ensure efficient billing, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media sales or business development, with a strong focus on ad tech solutions
- Proven track record of success selling to publishers and ad tech companies in areas such as ad fraud prevention, malware protection, data privacy, or brand safety
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and ad exchanges
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape
- Robust network of ad tech, publisher and brand relationships
- Proven track record of consultative selling
- Experience in promoting solutions that enhance brand safety
- Ability to optimize digital ad ecosystems
