Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands confidently understand their business performance. The Sales Development Representative will engage potential clients, develop prospecting strategies, and work closely with Account Executives to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies
- Multi-Channel Prospecting - Engage decision-makers through video, email, and LinkedIn outreach via compelling, standout messaging that resonates with eCommerce professionals
- Tell data-driven stories that highlight Triple Whale’s unique value proposition
- Leverage platform insights to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects
- Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion
- Relationship Building & Client Discovery
- Foster trust and rapport through consultative conversations
- Serve as a brand ambassador, educating and inspiring prospects about Triple Whale
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Agility; work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact
Requirements:
- Creative Prospecting: Strong track record with email and video-based outreach
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build authentic connections
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple outreach threads and follow-ups effectively
- Consultative approach: You ask great questions and have strong active listen skills
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and development
- 1+ years success in SaaS sales development preferred
- Loom or Vidyard experience is a plus
