Negentrix Holding is an educational company dedicated to helping individuals integrate into Germany through practical education and employment. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable business results and validate growth hypotheses.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to validate growth and marketing hypotheses
- Quickly develop basic ad creatives and copy, either independently using AI tools or together with the creative team
- Build media plans, forecasts, and funnel projections
- Launch campaigns aligned with test objectives and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and integration setup across marketing systems
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data
- Collaborate with the PMM to formulate and prioritize new hypotheses
- Manage multiple experiments and campaigns simultaneously
- Document and present test results in a clear and structured format
- Manage testing budgets responsibly and transparently
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong technical skills related to campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and data
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
- Native Russian speaker
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- German proficiency is highly preferred
- Experience with influencer marketing or partnership programs (this is a plus)
