Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Launch a new end-to-end agent use case for a live customer
• Harness LLMs to enhance productivity and product quality
• Build and expand the platform that handles patient interactions
• Design voice and conversation systems at scale
• Evaluate and improve agent performance in real-world scenarios
• Collaborate with customers to identify new product opportunities
