Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth within their partner network. The role involves building relationships with partners, enabling sales efforts, managing channels, and analyzing performance to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner marketing plans facilitating communication and collaboration between Genpact teams and their partner counterparts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner marketing teams in line with joint objectives and growth strategy with them
- Own senior-level relationships with partner leadership, practice, sales, and key unit leads
- Facilitate alignment, secure buy-in, and drive collaboration for marketing initiatives that support strategic business objectives and growth
- Collaborate with sales teams/product teams/solutions marketing to develop training resources and tools that empower partners to effectively sell our products/services
- Create co-branded marketing assets, case studies, and promotional resources to support partner sales efforts
- Plan and manage partner events and conferences—from strategy and logistics to execution and post-event follow-up—to maximize engagement and ROI
- Manage the communication and orchestration of all relevant global marketing initiatives
- Design and execute partner campaigns (events, digital, email etc.) to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and support the business development pipeline
- Ensure all leads are tracked and managed through the lead management process
- Develop and create content assets needed in event activations, sales enablement, website needed to maintain visibility and positioning with the partners with guidance from the Content and Creative COEs
- Monitor and analyze event/campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize future initiatives and report on key metrics
- Monitor and manage market development funds/partner development funds to drive maximum impact from joint activities
- Own the partner marketing budget related to the aligned partner, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and in-depth reporting and analysis
- Ensure resources are allocated to maximize strategic priorities and ROI
