Globe Life is seeking a Remote Sales Development Director to lead and scale a high-performing remote sales team in a growth-focused environment. The role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales professionals while ensuring a high standard of client experience and driving sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote sales professionals
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients to assess financial protection needs
- Guide individuals and families through life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
- Support clients through the full enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims-related support
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Monitor team and individual performance using key metrics and reporting tools
- Implement and execute sales strategies to drive consistent production
- Lead by example through active participation in client interactions and closings
- Handle complex client scenarios and support team members in problem-solving
- Ensure a high standard of client experience, retention, and follow-through
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance
- Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve results
- Foster a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, systems, and team performance
