About this role
IDR, Inc. is seeking an AI Catalyst & Product Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives for a top client. The role focuses on identifying high-value AI use cases, redesigning workflows, and driving AI-enabled solutions across the organization while bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives by identifying high-value AI use cases, redesigning business workflows, and driving implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate opportunities into practical AI products, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions
- Drive organizational change, user adoption, and workforce upskilling while helping teams effectively integrate AI into day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Management Consulting
- Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
- Strong experience analyzing, documenting, and redesigning business processes and workflows
- Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
- Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills
- Ideal candidates will be AI-native professionals who actively use AI in their own work and have successfully implemented at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
