About this role
OKAYA INFOCOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong executive presence to manage enterprise technology initiatives. The role focuses on supporting enterprise AI initiatives, including a Microsoft Copilot rollout, while managing other business transformation and technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Copilot experience
- AI adoption, AI enablement, or Generative AI initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience
- Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior leadership
- Experience building executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and status reports
- Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives
- Ability to drive accountability, follow up with stakeholders, and remove roadblocks
- Microsoft Copilot experience
- AI adoption, AI enablement, or Generative AI initiatives
- Facilitating workshops, use-case discovery sessions, or innovation forums
- Change management and user adoption programs
- Experience collecting, documenting, and socializing business use cases
- Exposure to Salesforce projects
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects
- Experience supporting data, analytics, business intelligence, or Azure Data Lake initiatives
