ORO Labs is an agentic procurement orchestration company on a mission to humanize the procurement experience. They are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition and pipeline growth through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing leadership to build and implement a regional marketing strategy leveraging all marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth
- Align and collaborate with sales leaders to develop regional priorities and multi-channel marketing programs in line with our pipeline revenue needs
- Plan and execute marketing programs & events (trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, roundtables, etc.) across the region
- Monitor and report on performance of regional marketing programs with sales. Adjust plan and recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth
- Be an expert on the regional market, customer and external environment including competition and trends to adapt regional marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Work with leadership to manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and return on investment
- Develop excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership, account execs, SDRs, partners, and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in field/regional marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry
- A self-starter and independent, while excelling at cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Experience working on corporate events as well as industry conferences, roadshows, workshops and more
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot), social media platforms, and mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft / Google Office)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Spanish, Portuguese, Canadian French or other non-English language is a bonus
- Experience with procurement or compliance-related solutions is a significant plus
