They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across North America, collaborating with sales and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion
- Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives
- Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas
- Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% within North America
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization
