Advanced Solutions International is a global software company focused on helping not-for-profits and membership organizations. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to work with the global sales team, developing target accounts, cultivating leads, and generating new opportunities through outbound efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting
- Following up, cultivating, and qualifying in-bound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email
- Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system
- Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup
- Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills
- Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
