About this role
Role Overview
Support the development and execution of strategic commercial partnerships across oil & gas, utilities, IPPs, infrastructure investors, industrial companies, data center developers/operators, and broader energy transition sectors.
Help identify, prioritize, and engage strategic counterparties aligned with Bloom Energy’s long-term growth objectives.
Work closely with senior executives at customers, partners, infrastructure funds, utilities, and technology providers to structure and advance commercial opportunities.
Assist in developing repeatable go-to-market strategies and partnership frameworks across targeted verticals.
Support commercial engagement efforts tied to Bloom Energy’s distributed generation, resiliency, decarbonization, and power infrastructure solutions.
Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, valuation work, financial modeling, and strategic assessments to support executive decision-making.
Support diligence processes and coordination across legal, finance, engineering, manufacturing, and product organizations for strategic transactions.
Assist in preparing Board-level, executive committee, and investor materials related to strategic initiatives.
Support structuring and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, partnership frameworks, and strategic transactions.
Coordinate cross-functional internal workstreams to advance opportunities from origination through execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic consulting, infrastructure investing, or strategic business development within the energy, power, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of oil & gas, energy infrastructure, utilities, distributed generation, power markets, energy transition technologies, and/or industrial systems.
