The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a friendly and professional Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers in both English and Spanish. This remote position involves assisting customers by phone, email, and chat, answering questions, and resolving issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office setting or remote
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be computer proficient and have reliable internet access
- Available to work morning or afternoon shifts
- Must be available to work weekends; scheduled days off will be during the week
